What sort of opportunities have you seen become available during your professional career? Have you found more support now as opposed to that of 10, 20, or 30 years ago? Was your mother or grandmother employed in a business position that caused her to describe changes over her career or to compare and contrast her career with yours?
I recently found an interesting article on Louisville Bizwomen.com where a 15-woman panel discussed the changes they've seen, the trials they've faced and the opportunities that have arisen during their careers. The panelists ranged from age 20 to beyond age 60 and brought experience from small business up to corporate employment.
