Workerettes Sharing Wisdom

As I mentioned at the beginning of the month, it's time for women in business to start sharing their stories with the other Workerettes out there.  Whether you are climbing the corporate ladder or chose to hang out a shingle and start your own business, I know you have something to share that can inspire, encourage, and support your sisters in the workforce.  If you've built a small- or home-based business, your interview may be posted over at SmallBizMentor.com as well.

This is the perfect way to share your story, get some free publicity, and learn from other Workerettes as well.  The questionairres will be adapted based on whether you own or operate a small business or work for a company or organization as an independent contractor or employee.

Ready to get started?  Place a comment here on the Workerette blog so I can email you a Word document to fill out.  I'll need the following information:

1) Your name, company name, and contact information.  Please be sure to enter your email address and your website, if you have one.

2) A brief description of your business or job, including the general field or area of focus, and the type of business (corporate entity, home-based business, etc) so I can send you the appropriate document.

Those of you who commented on previous posts about this questionairre program will be emailed the Word documents in a few minutes.  Don't be shy...toot your own horn.  Be sure to send me suggestions for other Workerettes who might want to share their stories as well!

(Side note here: by submitting responses to the document, you agree that your responses can be published on Workerette.com and/or SmallBizMentor.com.  Such posts become the property of Know More Media according to the writer agreement signed by me, the blogger at both sites, and as such are copyrighted by KMM and cannot be duplicated elsewhere without permission of the company.  Responses may or may not be edited or posted at the discretion of both the blogger and the company.  Responding to a questionairre does not guarantee that your company will be featured in a post or multiple posts, and no remuneration will be received by respondents.)
