The other book I snatched up at the library today was Joan Anderson's A Weekend to Change Your Life: Find Your Authentic Self After a Lifetime of Being All Things to All People.
Apparently Anderson ended up on the bestseller lists thanks to her previous book, A Year by the Sea. Turns out she gained a good-sized following of women "struggling to realize their full potential", so she started offering weekend workshops to help them "become what they need to be for themselves".
This new release takes the reader step-by-step through the workshop events. Near the beginning of the book, I saw this phrase:
Give Your Life the Focus It Deserves
I had to check it out. Between this and Inside Every Woman...do you think somebody's trying to tell me something?
