Ivillage reports that more than 20 million women in the US are suffering from hair loss; 40% of these women are under the age of 40. There are a number of different reasons you may be losing your hair including, stress, genetics, pregnancy, certain drugs or supplements, aging, disease, hair-pulling and chemicals you use on your hair.
After I had my son, I noticed more hair loss. I spoke with my doctor, and I was able to take medication to slow down the loss.
