
Who knew, banana's not only taste good, but they have wonderful benefits! I had horrible heartburn after lunch yesterday, and a co-worker suggested eating a banana to sooth the pain. She said they have a natural antacid effect. Sure enough, about 20 minutes after eating the banana, heartburn went away.
