The following posts are Dr. Ellen Weber's responses to the questionnaire I sent her.  May you enjoy getting to know this Workerette as much as I have!

1. Please describe the business you operate or service(s) you provide to clients and customers.

"MITA International Brain Based Business is a center where we certify business leaders and university faculty to accomplish things never before accomplished by using parts of their brains never before used.

"We relate current facts about the benefits of the brain – into strategies for more satisfaction and well being for leaders and adult learners and helps to achieve higher motivation and achievement.

"The MITA center has two distinct arms – one arm links to education (secondary school faculty and university faculty and leaders). The other arm links to business (leaders who wish to use brain based business for higher productivity)."

2. What was the inspiration, or the catalyst for, the creation of your business endeavor?

"MITA International Brain Based Business grew out of a need I saw over 30 years for people to draw on inner resources for benefit, profit and well being. Did you know we use less that 5% of our brains?"

3. What steps did you follow to build your business? Are you still in the process of planning your endeavor?

"MITA International Brain Based Business came as a result of articles and books I published, of places I lived around the world and lessons I learned about how different populations use their brains in different ways, of research connected with this topic, and of people coming to ask for certification."
