"The things that made me proud are the many faces who leave my office with a new lease on life and on leadership and on profitability – all based more on the resources in their own noodles much more than what I do. We have medical faculty from Ireland fly here to certify, for instance, and now we will fly there for two week to offer brain-based certification – that makes me happy because it changes lives. I have the best job in the world so I see happy faces a lot cause people are far smarter than they know or use:-). "
