"Got Milk?"
We've all seen the commercials and print ads with celebrities showing off their milk mustaches, right? Frankly, I enjoy seeing these. I just found out that the folks behind the "got milk?" campaign are also involved with the "Great American Weight Loss Challenge". I had to check out their website, and I'm glad I did.
I'm no fad follower, and frankly I'm rarely able to stick to a diet and exercise regimen myself. However, things like this interest me much more when they are laid out in a clear, step-by-step program that I can understand. Some of the recipes (like usual) appear to be a little "fancy" for me, but I can't deny that the Morning Mocha Milkshake sounds like a yummy way to start the day.
Since I'm trying to follow the SELF Challenge this one also caught my eye because it appears fairly complimentary to the other program. Sooner or later, something's got to get this Workerette and her colleagues on the way to better health.
