* What challenges have you overcome during your endeavor? Please describe something that impacted you financially or intellectually and how you got past it.
I've had to get over any of my own sense of fear, or low self-worth, or what my coach calls the "gremlins" inside. There is usually a reason why you are called out to pursue your path, and my belief is that all of us are meant to fulfill our life's purpose. When we stick our own obstacles in the way (like saying "I don't deserve this" or "I can't do this") it makes things much more difficult: we can usually overcome external obstacles, but it's much harder when the limitations come from within.
The past year has been a good exercise for me to move past my own feelings of insecurity and start to embrace the risk, challenge, and inherent love that becomes apparent when you are following your right path and right livelihood.
* What accomplishments are you most proud of during your career? Has your business or product won any awards, mentions in the press, garnered praise in reviews or by users, or helped someone overcome a challenge of their own? Tell us about it!
I'm proud that we are able to help a wide range of people in our community and throughout the country: many of our clients come back to us and refer others to us, which, to me, says we're doing the right thing. When we help reduce frustration, or help someone else's business run a little more smoothly, or help someone else make more money, it makes things good for everyone: everyone prospers.
* Without spilling the beans, what is in the works for your business or product line for 2006? Where are you headed, and where do you hope to be by the end of the year? What about the coming years? Share your goals with us and tell us how you plan to achieve them.
We'd like to achieve 100% growth this next year. We'll also be applying for minority-owned and women-owned status for other types of contracts. In subsequent years, I see us refining our products even more and having low-, mid-- and high-range solutions to fit a range of customers.
