Five easy to do suggestions from Health Expressions that can improve your health, even if just for a day! First, remember to floss. Flossing between teeth helps fight gum disease, so you should floss at least once a day for two to three minutes.
Next, take a walk. The average person should actually be able to get in a mile in 15 minutes. Number three, apply sunscreen. The American Cancer Society recommends using a sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher, even if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the sun.
Number four, stretch. You can benefit from stretching whether you're planning on exercising or not. Stretching can increase flexibility, improve circulation, enhance coordination, and relieve stress. Finally, eat a salad for a meal. It's recommended that we eat five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables a day. I have to say, I have been stretching in the morning for a few minutes and helps to wake me up, and it makes me feel better. These are just a few easy reminders to help you live healthy!

I'm good on the flossing, the stretching and the walking. Not so good on the sunscreen or the fruits'n'veggies though - thanks for the tips, Amy!
