The June 2006 issue of Glamour has a wonderful quickie interview with former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright! Turns out her new book, The Mighty and the Almighty, will be available soon, and she's doing great work with her foundation, the National Democratic Institute.
The Q&A with Glamour is full of interesting insights from an amazing woman, but I loved these three comments from her:
- "There's a special place in hell for women who refuse to help each other."
- "I've learned that there is absolutely no formula for being a woman."
- "You can't change anything by sitting home and complaining."
