I just found out about a girls' weekend that sounds totally rejuvenating and exciting. The Snowmass Wellness Experience is taking place this August, and while it doesn't focus only on women, there are opportunities for turning the weekend into away for a group of gal pals.
According to the ad in Body + Soul, the weekend will offer everything from seminars on healthy eating and holistic healing to yoga and Pilates classes. Spa treatments, outdoor concerts, hiking and biking, rafting...oh my! Speakers will include Cat Cora (first female Iron Chef), Chris Carmichael (Lance Armstrong's coach) and author Debbie Ford.
