My friend Jessica Harvey (remember "meeting" her?) sent me the following email today sharing some exciting news about an upcoming gathering in Maine this weekend. Be sure to stop by and tell her hi if you're in the area!

"This weekend I will be bringing Once Upon a Family to the World of Women's Wellness presented by Inland Hospital of Waterville.
"This event looks incredible! There will be wellness talks throughout the day, as well as exhibits, health screenings, and a spa room. The spa room will be offering free pampering services including paraffin dip and massage, stone massage, polarity therapy and more. Get there early to schedule your appointment.
"The best thing about this is that it is all FREE. So if you're not busy on Saturday, head to the Alfond Center in Waterville May 20th between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Make sure you stop in and say hi to me! For more information head to WorldOfWomensWellness.org."
