
A decade that is near and dear to my heart. Here is some good advice from our "experienced" female friends.
- Don't let the pounds creep up on you. In your 40's it's much harder to get those excess pounds off.
- Make sure you take proper vitamins, especially calcium. At age 30 you're at maximum bone density, but start to think about supplementing to maintain in your late 30's.
- I quote, "Get a lot of sex!" If you don't have a partner, make sure you take care of it yourself.
- Make sure to remove all make-up, and use toner and moisturizer. This will help with soon to be seen wrinkles.
- Don't ignore depression or anxiety. It will only continue to progress and cause more problems.
- At this age you should know who your real friends are. A good support group is important.
