iVillage has published a great series for women, written by women who have been there. There is great advice "handed down" from generations of women who are reflecting on where they are now in life, and how they could have changed things when they were younger.
I always find the best advice you can get is from someone who has experienced it. The decade-by-decade guide has some great tips and things to do for prevention and conservation when it comes to our health and well-being as women. They touch on topics such as:
