* What challenges have you overcome during your endeavor? Please describe something that impacted you financially or intellectually and how you got past it.
Biggest challenge was managing the freedom. In the beginning it was difficult to keep structure because if I was tired, I'd stay in bed an extra hour. It was also so easy to say yes to invitations, phone calls and unplanned visits. I quickly learned that freedom was great, but it had to be managed. I put structures in place, increased my discipline and started acting like a serious business owner.
* What accomplishments are you most proud of during your career? Has your business or product won any awards, mentions in the press, garnered praise in reviews or by users, or helped someone overcome a challenge of their own? Tell us about it!
I have the privilege of working with the smartest, funniest and most talented people who realize they are more valuable than their employers give them credit for. They are go-getters and get me as excited about their dreams as they are. I've had numerous articles published online, have a Coach's Corner column in a United Kingdom newsletter, and will have an article appear in the October issue of Home Business Magazine. This September, a home-study version of my coaching program will become available. I've also been invited to contribute a chapter to a book that is being co-authored by Mark Victor Hansen, Byron Katie and Les Brown. It should be out in time for Christmas.
