Nintendo now has a game called Brain Age, that helps to keep your mind sharp and active. The first time you play the game, you take a series of tests and get a score that determines how old your brain is. By performing daily exercises such as simple mathematics problems, drawing pictures on the touch screen, and reading classic literature, your score will eventually improve.
I'm not going to go out and buy a Nintendo system to play this game, but the concept is great. Research shows that the old adage, "use it or lose it," proves to be true. Our brains age as our bodies do, and we need to continue to challenge and exercise our minds as we do our bodies.
So researchers recommend crossword puzzles, mathematical puzzles, trying new things, learn a new language, anything that will help to keep your mind healthy and busy.

I didn’t know Nintendo has done something like that, but is a great idea. It is a pleasant way to restrain our neurons from dying. If you haven’t bought it, I will.
