It is always interesting and tempting to buy these new convenience cleaning products that are suppose to make your cleaning so much more efficient. Are they really worth the money? I would love to hear from other women who have tried some of these products to see if they work. About.com put out a list of "Top Ten Cleaning Gadgets and Tools."
I'm going to list a few to see if anyone agrees.
- Palmolive Dish Wipes. They are a disposable cloth that get dishes clean. The wipes are loaded with dish soap and are suppose to cut through grease the same as if you were to wash the dishes with a rag.
- Tide To Go Stain Remover. This marker sized magic pen removes fresh food and drink stains without the need for water or washing machine. Handy for the car, purse, and office.
- Clorox Toilet Wand. Long handle that comes with six disposable cleaning heads prefilled with blue cleaning solution.
So does anyone have an opinion on these products? The Tide stick is one I've had my eye on for awhile, but does it really work?

I've only tried one of the three. The Tide To Go works great! We do dollhouse & miniature shows, and catsup splished down the front of a white shirt is not exactly a good impression to a new customer. The Tide worked great and I was surprised that there was no stain from the catsup.
I won't be trying the Palmolive as I'm allergic to regular Palmolive dish detergent, probably the same with the wipes.
I'm scared to try the toilet wand. We're still on a septic system and I don't want to think about having any repairs or pumping done. Might not be a problem, but the guy who rebuilt our whole septic system & drain field (don't ask!) said not to use any bleach with a septic tank.
