King Fish Media is proud to bring to the Boston marketplace a much-needed event committed to meeting the development needs of Working Mothers.    www.kingfishmedia.com/events/wms

The Working Mothers Symposium, taking place Tuesday, October 17th at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers, is designed to help working mothers manage the unique challenges of navigating a successful career while raising a family. By providing practical tips, solutions, and resources, the event will help participants set realistic goals at work and at home, find true quality of life, and build a skill set and support network that will contribute to their success. It is a way to develop both professionally and personally while cultivating a fresh outlook and creating motivation. Specifically the Working Mothers Symposium will help participants:

Ø                                           Get organized, manage time, and increase productivity

Ø                                           Develop a work/life plan and strategy

Ø                                           Deal with guilt, stress and anxiety at work and at home

Ø                                           Identify, build, and utilize a support network

Ø                                           Access corporate work/life programs

Ø                                           Manage expectations and set realistic goals at work and at home

1)     It is a well-know fact that women respect, choose to work for and do business with companies that offer consistent support to causes that are inline with what matters in their lives. Your organization can further demonstrate such commitment by supporting the Working Mothers Symposium as an event sponsor. We can design a customized onsite experience, which allows your organization to take advantage of branding opportunities, the venue, and the presence of the outstanding speakers. By investing in such an event, you are investing in the current and future success of an audience in which you truly value.

2)     We all understand the importance of investing in the development of our employees and realize that the working mother faces a unique set of challenges.  I encourage you to consider sending a group of women to this Symposium. This event is free to attend and is an excellent way for you to accelerate the development of your high-performing and high-potential working mothers in a way that uniquely meets their development needs. I guarantee participants will leave the Symposium better equipped to perform to their greatest potential and affect great change in themselves, in their organizations, and in their families.

We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to connect with like-minded peers and invest in the development of the working mothers in your organization.

I am sure that The Working Mothers Symposium will be a success, an occasion for some mothers to find out news about working at home opportunities, learning how to organize better. For sure, it's going to be a plus for them!

We can never get enough education, especially for those in business for themselves. It's a continuing endeavor on all sides, both for building one's business and for empowering one's self with plenty of information!

i don't think there is one sane person out there that can deny that the contribution of a mother is essential to a man's character building. but mother's are human too and sometimes they need guidance. This symposium should be a very interesting event.
