While today's Workerettes may not be content to sit around and wait for Prince Charming to rescue us as the princesses in the old Disney movies are, most of us still have a little urge down deep to be swept away to an amazing castle to live happily ever after -- or at least for a week or two. (Til the chamber pot overfloweth and the gallant steed's stall needs to be mucked.)
I have to admit, I'm a pretty capable "queen of the household", but I sure envy the family in the feature "Once Upon a Time" in the new issue of Cookie that appeared in my mailbox today. The family in the piece took a jaunt with their little princess to Ireland's Ashford Castle. Can you say 83 guest rooms, pony rides, and falconry lessons? WOW. Talk about a vacation of a lifetime!
