While October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, every month of the year is essential for those who are trying to defeat breast cancer. If you know an individual who has joined the fight against this killer, read on for more information about how to nominate them as a Yoplait Champion.

"Nominate a Yoplait Champion"
"Yoplait, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and SELF Magazine need you! We are searching for 25 individuals who do extraordinary things in the fight against breast cancer. On behalf of each Champion, Yoplait will donate $1,000 to the charity of his/her choice, with a total donation of up to $25,000. Yoplait Champions will be recognized and honored in a ceremony in New York City in spring 2007. Visit www.Yoplait.com to nominate someone you know, and to learn how you too can be an everyday champion by participating in the Save Lids to Save Lives program."
Yoplait will also be at the SELF Spotlight benefit concert September 27, 2006 (with special performances by The Wreckers and Blue October), in New York City, as well. 100% of the net proceeds from sales of tickets for the concert will benefit the Komen Foundation.
