- The Application. The list was based on an extensive application completed by the company that included detailed questions about the workforce, compensation, childcare and flexibility programs, leave policies and more. The application checks the accountability and tracks the programs.
- What's Measured? Seven areas are measures and scored; workplace profile, compensation, child care, flexibility, time off and leaves, family-friendly programs, and company culture,
