Women entrepreneurs who have struck out on their own while remaining the primary care providers for their kids can sometimes have a challenge ahead when it comes to building their business, networking and gaining essential support, and blending or balancing work/life issues. Who knows this better than other women who've put their shingle out? Nobody!
That's why I'm pretty excited to have found The Mompreneur Magazine. Started by Kathryn Bechthold, The Mompreneur Networking Group Inc. publishes a magazine that is available for free to Calgary area entrepreneurial moms. I'm nowhere near Alberta, so I instead signed up for the free online edition.
Go check out her offerings, which include seminars and webinars. Women writers, take note: there's a call for submissions on the about page that may lead to some exposure for you!

Another great resource, full of free tips and tools for mom entrepreneurs is http://www.pinkpowersuit.com . Started only in the past year by a mom of 4. PinkPowerSuitNetworking.com is like a Facebook just for mom entrepreneurs.
