Is there any particular activity in which my company should be invloved so that I could get nominated!? I am, for example, knitting blouses and all sorts of scarfs...What do you say about that!? Do I have a chance!?

Truth

No reason you can't, Truth; there's no particular line of business or field your company has to be in. The requirements, according to PINK's release (see above) are that you have to have been in business for at least 5 years, you have to have at least 1,000 employees, and you must have at least 2 women on your company's board of directors.
In other words, if you're running a small- or home-based business, you most likely aren't eligible. But if you meet the other requirements, the product or service you supply doesn't matter as much as your company's commitment to being a leader for women in business...any sort of business!
