What Are the Top Toys This Season?

Are you making your list and checking it twice?  About.com has a "top ten" toy list for the holiday.  So check it out to see if you'll be able to get the toy that's on your child's most wanted list.

  1. Tickle Me Elmo.  The tenth anniversary doll is THE hottest toy of the year.  The giggly little fluffy red toy is flying off the shelves faster than employees can stock it!
  2. Fisher Price Kid Tough Digital Camera.  The camera is designed especially for kids.  It's easy to use, durable, and captures images with decent resolution.  It's expensive but with it.
  3. Barbie MyScene Bling Bling Styling Head.  It's all about the glitter and glam.  The show piece comes complete with accessories for hair and makeup.
  4. Power Rangers Megazords from Bandai America.  These action figures are rugged, tough, and fun to play with.
  5. Lego Mindstorms NXT from Lego.  This innovative building set is a toy of the future.  You can create functional robots and command them to do whatever you want.  Drag and drop the programming software wherever you want it to go.
  6. Speed Stacks Stackpack from Play Along.  Simple yet effective stacking toy is great for developing skills of dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  7. Digi Makeover from Radica Games.  A high tech game which combines fashion with technology.  The unit connects to your TV and allows you to see yourself with different styles and hair.
  8. Bratz Forever Diamondz from MGA.  This glittery line leaves a lasting impression.  Any girl who likes diamonds will fall heads over heels with this ultra stylish line of Bratz dolls and accessories.
  9. Wii From Nintendo.  I had the chance to try this interactive video game at our local mall and it's pretty cool.  Games for everyone in the family from boxing to golf, to driving to bowling.  Very cool.
  10. Butterscotch My Furreal Friends Pony from Hasbro.  Special sensors make it possible for the pony to react to your movements.  The eyes, head and ears move, and the mane and tail make Butterscotch a treat to play with.

Anyone looked and not been able to find one of these products?
