
Longer daylight, and warmer temperatures are such a welcome change. The unpleasant thing about Spring is that many of us take the time to do some serious cleaning. Scrubbing bubbles offers some helpful hints on how to not only get rid of mildew, but how to avoid it in the future.

- Decrease humidity in the air by turning on a fan when you shower.
- Leave bathroom lights on before, during, and after you shower.
- Wipe down all moist areas, and hang towels and clothes to dry.
- Clean frequently with antibacterial cleaner.

- To eliminate mildew stains from tub corners, dip cotton balls in mildew stain cleaner and studd them in the hard to reach areas.
Any dark, moist environment is prime area for mold and mildew to grow. Mold isn't only brown or black, it can also be a pinkish color. You should also check under sinks and around windows for mold or mildew. Happy Cleaning!
