
Slow Cooker Chocolate Pudding Cake
What You Need:
- 1 package (18.25 oz) devil's food cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 C water
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- optional: whipped cream, sliced strawberries (or raspberries! or chocolate shavings! yum!)
What To Do:
- Spray inside of 4-quart slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray. Use an electric mixer to blend all ingredients together in a large bowl. Increase mixer speed to medium-high and beat for an additional two minutes.
- Pour mixture into slow cooker. Cook on high for 2.5 to 3 hours (or until center of cake is firm).
- Let cool for at least 1 hour. Garnish with whipped cream and berries if desired.








Slow Cooking cake, huh? Never heard of it before but it looks super easy and sounds REAAAALLLLY good...hm. I think you should make it on the 7th! Hehehe! (And I agree with ya on the raspberries!) =P
