Slow Cooker Chocolate Pudding Cake

What You Need:

• 1 package (18.25 oz) devil's food cake mix
• 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
• 4 large eggs
• 1 C sour cream
• 1 C water
• 1/2 C vegetable oil
• optional: whipped cream, sliced strawberries (or raspberries!  or chocolate shavings!  yum!)

What To Do:

• Spray inside of 4-quart slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray.  Use an electric mixer to blend all ingredients together in a large bowl.  Increase mixer speed to medium-high and beat for an additional two minutes.
• Pour mixture into slow cooker.  Cook on high for 2.5 to 3 hours (or until center of cake is firm). 
• Let cool for at least 1 hour.  Garnish with whipped cream and berries if desired.
