I found this recipe in Parents magazine back in November and I've been dying to try it out.  They suggest garnishing it with strawberries and whipped cream, but I'm thinking raspberries would be right tasty too!

Slow Cooker Chocolate Pudding Cake

What You Need:

• 1 package (18.25 oz) devil's food cake mix
• 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
• 4 large eggs
• 1 C sour cream
• 1 C water
• 1/2 C vegetable oil
• optional: whipped cream, sliced strawberries (or raspberries!  or chocolate shavings!  yum!)

What To Do:

• Spray inside of 4-quart slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray.  Use an electric mixer to blend all ingredients together in a large bowl.  Increase mixer speed to medium-high and beat for an additional two minutes.
• Pour mixture into slow cooker.  Cook on high for 2.5 to 3 hours (or until center of cake is firm). 
• Let cool for at least 1 hour.  Garnish with whipped cream and berries if desired.
