
What You Need:
- 1 - 4 serving package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 C cold milk
- 1 -16 oz frozen pound cake loaf (thawed and cut into 1-inch cubes; about 6 C worth)
- 3 ripe medium bananas, sliced
- 1 - 8 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
What To Do:
- Make the pudding mix in a large bowl (as directed on package), using the 2 C of milk.
- Layer half the bread cubes, pudding, banana slices and whipped topping into a 2 quart serving bowl. Create more layers until ingredients are used up.
- Cover and store in the fridge until dessert. You might want to add some fresh sliced strawberries on the top as a garnish. YUM!
