Feeling like it's time to get away for a break? I spotted an ad for the Snowmass Wellness Experience in the current issue of Body + Soul. Taking place from August 17 - 19th, it sounds like just the thing for someone who wants to learn a few things, relax, and recharge.
With more than 40 exhibitors, cycling workshops, yoga classes, nature hikes, cooking demos, and *woohoo!* spa treatments, there's something for just about everyone.
Keynote speakers are Marianne Williamson and Dan Millman; other presenters include chefs Susana Jimenez Lyons and Lisa Ruoff, Steve Hess, and Dr. Pamela Peeke. Tickets are available for everything from a yoga and activities pass ($25) up to a full weekend wellness package ($200). Lodging is available separately at the Timberline Condominiums or the Snowmass Inn.
I'll be in the process of settling into a new home in another state, so unfortunately I don't get to go. Some of you Workerettes have to head out there in my stead and let me know how it goes!
