Every Workerette knows how important it is to plan ahead and try to streamline things like grocery shopping, meal preparation, and kitchen storage in order to (hopefully!) add a few more minutes to the day.
Whether you're a single Workerette trying to plan things out so you'll eat something other than fast food, a working mom with a large family at home, or an empty nester ready to really relish your time in the kitchen, Menu Plan Mondays can get you started. I've learned a lot from the other ladies who participate, and hopefully I can pass on a few suggestions here on my own as well.
I'm thrilled to have gotten the kitchen all set up along with a trip to Costco; I can finally cook real food again. Tonight's meal was sooooo much better than the Golden Arches!
- Monday: Pot Roast, Corn & Green Beans
- Tuesday: Pancakes & Eggs ("Breakfast Dinner")
- Wednesday: Spaghetti
- Thursday: Three-Bean Chili
- Friday: Cheese Tortellini
- Saturday: OUT! (Possibly to a Filipino place we hit Saturday night for dinner - good stuff!)
- Sunday: Tuna Sandwiches
Be sure to visit Laura and the other bloggers participating in Menu Plan Monday for more great ideas (and recipes) for your meal planning!

Yay! You're back! So I've so missed these!! Soooo, where'd ya get the Cheese Tortellini recipe?? Sounds YUM!
