Every Workerette knows how important it is to plan ahead and try to streamline things like grocery shopping, meal preparation, and kitchen storage in order to (hopefully!) add a few more minutes to the day.
Whether you're a single Workerette trying to plan things out so you'll eat something other than fast food, a working mom with a large family at home, or an empty nester ready to really relish your time in the kitchen, Menu Plan Mondays can get you started. I've learned a lot from the other ladies who participate, and hopefully I can pass on a few suggestions here on my own as well.
I'm thrilled to have gotten the kitchen all set up along with a trip to Costco; I can finally cook real food again. Tonight's meal was sooooo much better than the Golden Arches!
- Monday: Seven-Cheese Tortellini & Tomatoes (I'll post the recipe in a moment for this one!)
- Tuesday: Three-Bean Chili (with beef instead of the recipe's turkey)
- Wednesday: Leftovers
- Thursday: Enchiladas
- Friday: Spaghetti & Veggies
- Saturday: Burgers on the BBQ
- Sunday: Sandwiches
Be sure to visit Laura and the other bloggers participating in Menu Plan Monday for more great ideas (and recipes) for your meal planning!
