Every Workerette knows how important it is to plan ahead and try to streamline things like grocery shopping, meal preparation, and kitchen storage in order to (hopefully!) add a few more minutes to the day.  

Whether you're a single Workerette trying to plan things out so you'll eat something other than fast food, a working mom with a large family at home, or an empty nester ready to really relish your time in the kitchen, Menu Plan Mondays can get you started.  I've learned a lot from the other ladies who participate, and hopefully I can pass on a few suggestions here on my own as well.

We were able to get some great produce at Costco this weekend and look forward to enjoying lots of salads for lunches.  Here's what is on the menu for dinners this week:

• Monday: Penne w/ Vegetables
• Tuesday: Lebanese Salad & Baked Chicken Breasts
• Wednesday: Potato, Bacon & Egg Scramble
• Thursday: Chicken & Artichokes
• Friday: Tuna Melts
• Saturday: Fajita Pizza
• Sunday: Three-Bean Turkey Chili
