Rachael Ray fans have probably already heard about this one: submit your original burger recipe in this contest and you may well win a trip to the 2008 Food Network South Beach Wine and Food Festival. The winner gets to prepare their burger by the beach at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, while mingling with some big name chefs. Oh, did I mention there's a trip to New York City to appear live on the "Rachael Ray" show and the publication of the recipe in the magazine, Every Day with Rachael Ray?
Chuh. Good stuff, no? Well, if you've got a recipe you think is a winner, hit the website for the rules and details for entering. Not in possession of a prize-winning burger? (Me neither.) You can still visit the Festival, which takes place February 21 - 24, 2008. It's apparently "the nation's premier culinary extravaganza".
