Got a Headache From Black Friday?

If you overdosed on family and shopping this holiday weekend, you may need to stock up on pain relief.  I spotted a couple of deals a moment ago that may help you out - no Black Friday lines necessary.

Remember the recent recall of infant cough and cold products from McNeil Consumer Healthcare, including Tylenol Infants' Drops and PediaCare Infant products?  They're trying to make up for it, and if you have a Walgreens nearby you can restock your medicine chest on the cheap if you're a Tylenol user.

First go to this page over at the Tylenol website and print off TWO of the $5 coupons good on any Tylenol or other products.  (Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "download coupon" button.  The resulting Bricks system page should let you print twice.)

Then check the Walgreens sale flyer in today's paper (page 42) for the coupon for $4 off assorted 150 count Tylenol products, with a limit of two items.  Because this is a Walgreens store coupon, you can legally "stack" the two manufacturer coupons with the Walgreens coupon and get yourself two bottles of Tylenol for around $7.  Considering a single 150-count bottle of Tylenol Extra Strength caplets are priced at $12.49 on the Walgreens website, that is 300 caplets for almost half the price of a single container!

If you're not a Tylenol user or are looking for other products, such as Sudafed, you may be able to get an even better deal - like FREE!  Sudafed is on sale at Walgreens for $3.99 (24-count Sudafed and 10 to 24 count Sudafed PE), and Children's Motrin and Tylenol are on sale for $4.99.  Get them for free, with an overage toward your other purchases.  YEEHAW!

As for any damage the weekend did to your credit cards or tummy - well, I can't help too much with that.  Wink

Bonnet tip to Cindy Carrier of Values-Driven Family who posted about the Tylenol coupon, which I then decided to combine with the Walgreens ad coupon!
