Happy Tackle It Tuesday, Workerettes! What did you accomplish today in the office? Did you take on any specific projects that were on the to-do list?
As a work-at-home mom it's easy for me to get caught up on work and let the house go - or vice versa! Add in homeschooling and an infant and, well, you get the picture. So you'll understand why I'm particularly excited to have accomplished even just a few things today.
In addition to getting some more personal "tackles" out of the way earlier today, I did hit some things on the work side of things as well. Here's what I tackled:
- Clear off desk
- Uninstall and reinstall Verizon internet software (my modem's working better now - key when you work from home!)
- Clear off bookshelf in home office space
- Sort through several articles/visit websites for research
- Touch base with a client regarding her December e-newsletter
- Answer some product questions for a future WAHM
- Posted a product review (check it out if you have an elementary-aged child asking for a Nintendo DS!)
- Verified upcoming deadline for an article on marketing small businesses/home-based businesses
- Verified deadlines for two future military homeschooling articles
There were plenty more "home" things tackled in between all that, of course, including more dog walking, baby feeding, laundry doing - you know the drill. *chuckle*
