That way whenever you have a moment in a room you can read a verse or two and work your way through - or ponder what you've read as you go about your day.

Visit the websites of your favorite magazines and check under their "writer guidelines" or "submission guidelines" pages to see if they are looking for articles on a topic you're well-versed in. You may discover a hidden talent for writing if you start out with a subject you're passionate about. For instance, Mother Earth News is always on the lookout for tips and how-to articles from its green readers!
