Even if you're not a huge fan of raisins, there are plenty of good tips to be had at the website, not to mention little freebies and downloads.  There's even a section for parents, as well as a recipe area.  (Recipes for raisins?  Who knew?  I've always just thought of them as the cinnamon buns and oatmeal cookies add-on; nothing more, nothing less!)

I have to admit I like this month's fitness tip from Waters, which suggests getting the whole family involved with a gold star system to lead up to a reward for everyone with a 90-percent or better completion rate.  But the question is, if we do baby yoga and massage each night, what do we give the baby for completing his regime?  ;-)
