As a reminder: the Workerette 1,000 post contest was a simple one. You just had to leave a comment with a guess as to when post #1,000 would appear on Workerette.com. The original plan was to enter the number of comments into a random number generator to select the winner. What I didn't count on is the blog software inserting every trackback in there as well - including my own references to the contest post. Hmm, what to do?
Well, I figured you'd all agree with me that there's nothing more random than a six-year-old drawing a name from a tin pot. Especially when I can prove the drawing was done with closed eyes. *chuckle*
