With all the job hunting some folks are doing now, it's good to touch back on resumes now and then. I came across this article today about crafting your resume for non-profits, and I found it enlightening. Having always worked in retail or consumer focused positions, I'd not thought about how one would have to make changes to a resume in order to stand out to someone hiring for a non-profit.
